Who we are

What data we process

We process ordinary business contact data only: name, job title, company, business email address, business phone number, and the content of our correspondence with you (such as RFQs, specifications and commercial terms). We do not process special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly process data relating to private individuals acting outside a professional context.

Where the data comes from

Either directly from you, or from publicly available professional sources: your company's website, public procurement platforms and tender notices, trade fair and exhibitor listings, professional networks, and business registries. When we first contact you, we tell you that this notice exists.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Responding to your enquiry or RFQ and performing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Initial B2B contact about sourcing and supplier-verification services relevant to your professional role — our legitimate interest in developing business relationships, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have weighed this interest against your rights; we contact work addresses only, about matters connected to your role, with a clear way to decline.
Record-keeping required by law — including trade documentation and export-control records, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR and applicable Taiwanese law.

How long we keep it

If you do not respond to an initial contact, or you object, we stop contacting you and delete your outreach data within 12 months, keeping only what is needed to honour a do-not-contact request. Correspondence connected to an actual RFQ, order or contract is kept for the duration of the relationship and up to 7 years afterwards, in line with commercial, tax and export-control record-keeping obligations.

Who receives it, and where it is processed

We share data only where needed to do the work you would expect: with the Taiwanese manufacturer handling your RFQ, with inspection bodies you have chosen (such as SGS or BV), and with our email and hosting providers. We do not sell contact data, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes above. As we are based in Taiwan, your data is processed in Taiwan; we apply the standards described in this notice to all of it, regardless of where you are located.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object at any time to direct marketing — in which case we will stop, without exception (Art. 21(2) GDPR). A one-line reply such as "no further contact" is enough; no form, no justification needed. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Website and cookies

This website is a static informational site. We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site securely.
